About this product
This 50mm Master Lock Excell™ laminated steel padlock is suited to medium-duty security tasks such as gates, sheds, fences, storage units and chains, wherever a standard shackle length suits the fitting. It uses a patented octagonal boron carbide shackle, said to be 50% tougher to cut than hardened steel, with a 9mm diameter and 25mm height, giving strong resistance to cutting attacks. A dual ball bearing locking mechanism provides pry resistance, while the laminated steel body with stainless steel and zinc components offers weather resistance for outdoor use. The lock uses a precision 4-pin cylinder with chisel-resistant rivets, and is supplied with 4 keys.
