The Squire Vulcan Combination Padlock 40mm with long shackle combines a compact 40mm body with an extended shackle, giving extra clearance for gates, chains, thicker hasps or multiple chain links. It suits trade users needing to secure larger fittings where a standard shackle would not reach.
Construction uses a dual compound method, with a die-cast outer body sleeve covering die-cast internal mechanisms for greater resistance to attack. The shackle is made from boron alloy, offering good corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions.
The combination mechanism is recodable and patented, offering 10,000 possible combinations. Suitable for securing garages, vans, sheds, lock-ups and toolboxes.
