PlastiKote Metal Primer in White is a 400ml aerosol primer designed to protect metal in areas of moderate corrosion. Its non-sanding formula makes preparation quick, and the white colour provides a clean, neutral base suited to light-coloured topcoats.
The primer is fast-drying, becoming touch dry within 20-40 minutes and thoroughly dry in 2-4 hours, allowing projects to progress without long delays. One tin covers approximately 2.23m².
For situations involving severe corrosion, PlastiKote also offers a Zinc Primer that fuses to the surface, though this white metal primer is intended for moderate protection needs.
