About this product
This clear aerosol primer is designed to improve paint adhesion on rigid plastic surfaces, acting as a base coat before applying a PlastiKote topcoat. It suits interior and exterior use on items such as patio furniture, plant pots and storage boxes, but is not suitable for soft plastics. The 400ml can gives coverage of approximately 2.23m², though this varies with application technique. Allow 5-10 minutes between coats, and topcoat can be applied after 1 hour, though leaving the primer to dry overnight is recommended for best results. Surfaces should be clean and properly prepared before application.
