About this product
Rustins Quick Drying MDF Sealer Clear is a water-based sealer for MDF, suited to medium-sized projects such as furniture, joinery and cabinet work. Being clear, it allows either paint or varnish to be used as a topcoat, unlike white MDF sealers which are limited to paint finishes.
The formula is touch dry within 30 minutes and can be re-coated after 2 hours, allowing projects to progress quickly. As it is water-based, brushes can be cleaned with water alone.
It conforms to the Toys (Safety) Regulations 1995 and BS:EN71 Part 3, making it suitable for sealing children's toys as well as general furniture. This size holds 1 litre.
