These 160mm diagonal cutters are designed for clean, precise cutting of piano wire, soft wire and modern materials, suiting workshop and general toolkit use. A new head design improves durability and cutting capacity, while the off-set rivet and cutting-edge geometry give a high mechanical advantage, reducing the effort needed to cut.

Constructed from durable chrome-molybdenum alloy steel with induction-hardened cutting edges (61/63 HRc), they resist corrosion and retain strength at high temperatures, plus resistance to workshop chemicals such as Skydrol, chloroethane, acetone and petrol. The chrome finish adds further corrosion protection, and the ergonomic handles are shaped for a comfortable, low-fatigue grip. The cutters conform to ISO 5749 and DIN standards.
