About this product
These long nose locking pliers from Facom are designed for secure clamping and holding in confined or hard-to-reach spaces, suiting precision engineering, pipefitting, automotive repair and general mechanical work. Forged, reinforced jaws with machined grooves grip round, hexagonal and angled workpieces firmly. A 5-position slip joint system allows quick adjustment to different workpiece sizes, while a micrometer adjustment thumbscrew provides exact tightening. A patented easy release trigger on the lower grip allows one-handed release, and a Safety Lock System guards against accidental opening. Ergonomic handles give a comfortable grip with or without gloves. Length is 254mm (10in). Capacity covers round sections up to around 100-110mm, hexagonal or flat sections up to 90mm, and angled sections up to 50mm.
