About this product
This Faithfull pipe cutter is designed for cutting larger diameter pipes and hoses, suited to neoprene hose, polythene pipe and fabric-reinforced solid rubber up to 42mm outside diameter. It produces clean cuts at right angles to the tube. It combines a ratchet cutting action with a lopper-style blade, which works against an anvil jaw that holds the pipe securely as pressure is applied. The ratchet mechanism maintains this pressure, so the handles typically only need to be opened and closed around three times to complete a cut, reducing the effort involved.
