These IRWIN® Vise-Grip® WRC Curved Jaw Locking Pliers, 178mm (7in) in length, suit a variety of applications and material shapes, including plumbing, HVAC work, automotive repair and medium to heavy-duty fabrication tasks. Made from high-grade heat-treated alloy steel, they offer toughness and durability for demanding use. The hardened teeth grip securely from any angle, while the curved jaws fit well around medium-sized pipes, tubes and other rounded work. A classic trigger release gives maximum locking force, and the hex key adjusting screw allows the pressure to be tightened to draw materials together or released in a controlled way. An in-built wire cutter can cut screws and bolts up to 1/4 inch (6mm) diameter in progressive bites. Jaw capacity is 41mm.
