The Knipex 70 01 180 is a diagonal cutter designed for all-round use, made from forged vanadium electric steel that is oil-hardened in multiple stages. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened to approximately 62 HRC, giving precise, clean cuts on thin copper wires, including at the cutting edge tips.
Its narrow head shape suits work in confined areas, while the PVC-coated handles provide added grip and comfort. It handles soft wire up to 4.0mm, medium hard wire up to 3.0mm, and hard wire up to 2.5mm in diameter. The tool measures 180mm in length and is built from high-quality materials with precise workmanship intended for long service life.
