About this product
The Knipex 90 20 185 PlastiCut Cutter is a specialist tool for cutting thin-walled plastic pipes, such as aluminium armoured plastic pipes, and flexible plastic or rubber hoses up to 25mm in diameter. It suits electricians, plumbers and others working with conduit, plastic pipework or reinforced hoses. The body is made from tough fibreglass-reinforced plastic, with a blade of high-strength special grade steel that is oil-hardened and tempered for clean, burr-free cuts. The blade is exchangeable. An opening spring aids smooth operation and reduces hand fatigue, while a locking lever allows secure grip and safe storage. This cutter is not suitable for cutting steel or cables.
