About this product
This 22mm Monument Automatic Pipe Cutter is designed for cutting copper pipe in confined spaces, suiting mains water supply pipes, larger heating circuits and commercial plumbing where smaller cutters won't fit. A tough ABS housing covers the steel mechanism, which takes the strain during use.
The tool is easy to operate: it cuts automatically once the gate is closed over the pipe, and it can cut in two directions, useful for tight spaces or awkward angles. It should occasionally be disassembled and cleaned to remove flux residues and dirt to maintain long life.
Not for use on stainless steel. A replacement cutting wheel (MONW15PC) is available.
