About this product
The Monument 300M is a semi-automatic pipe cutter for copper and thicker-walled plastic pipes between 8mm and 22mm diameter, such as those used in central heating systems. Once sized and tightened, it completes the cut automatically without further wheel adjustment or feeding, making it useful for plumbers working in confined spaces. It can also be used as a conventional cutter, manually feeding the wheel into the tube, which suits soft copper and helps avoid crushing. When cutting thin-walled plastic pipe, internal support should be used to stop it collapsing during cutting. A replacement cutting wheel is available separately as part number MON301.
