About this product
This Ridgid quick-acting tube cutter is designed for cutting copper pipe from 32mm to 90mm diameter, suiting plumbers working on central heating, domestic water and commercial pipework. It uses I-beam construction with hardened wear surfaces and thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth, controlled cutting. The larger X-CEL Knob gives a more ergonomic grip for faster, more comfortable operation, while the X-CEL wheel pin allows tool-free wheel changes via a ball detent system, avoiding lost clips. It comes fitted with the standard E-2558 cutting wheel, which is replaceable, and weighs 0.92kg for manoeuvrability in tight spaces.
