The DeWalt DCS520 54V XR FlexVolt Plunge Saw uses a brushless, heavy-duty motor delivering power comparable to a mains tool, giving consistent speed and accurate cuts under heavy loads across a range of materials. An anti-kickback system helps keep cutting tasks safer, while the closed guard achieves 90% dust extraction when connected to an extractor, suiting mobile use on site.
The saw offers a parallel plunge action for a smooth, constant hand position, and variable speed control to suit different materials. Rail adjustment allows accurate alignment with guide rails. Maximum depth of cut is 59mm at 90° (55mm with guide rails) and 44mm at 45° (40mm with guide rails), with a bevel capacity of 47°. It takes a 165mm blade with a 20mm bore and weighs 4.7kg.
Supplied as a bare unit with a 42-tooth precision blade, without battery or charger.
