About this product
This Faithfull single point diamond wheel dresser is used to shape and clean the cutting face of vitrified bench grinder wheels, suitable for wheels from 150mm to 250mm in diameter. It has a 0.50 carat diamond tip fitted to a hardened and tempered polished steel handle. Regular truing and dressing removes worn abrasive and embedded waste material from the wheel, restoring the cutting face and helping to minimise vibration during use, so that precision cutting tools are honed and sharpened correctly. The tool is suitable for surface, cylindrical and internal grinding applications.
