About this product
The DeWalt DCD240 is a 54V XR FlexVolt cordless brushless paddle mixer aimed at plasterers, tilers, flooring contractors, landscapers and general builders. Its FlexVolt battery system offers performance equivalent to a 1.8kW corded mixer, allowing mixing tasks to be carried out on site without mains power.
It uses an M14 accessory connector for standard mixing paddles, and comes supplied with a 160mm spiral paddle. The tool has an adjustable 5-position speed dial (300/450/550/650/725 RPM), with the motor ramping speed up or down gradually to help maintain control and reduce splashing.
A lock-off switch helps prevent accidental starts, such as when changing the battery. It weighs 5.1kg. This is a bare unit, supplied without battery, charger or case.
