DeWalt DCE531 18v XR Cordless Concrete Vibrator Poker No Batteries No Battery Charger No Case

The DeWalt DCE531 is a cordless concrete vibrator designed to strengthen and improve the consistency of poured concrete. This professional tool removes trapped air bubbles from wet concrete before it sets, helping to eliminate voids and honeycombing that can compromise structural integrity. Ideal for contractors working on foundations, slabs, columns and other concrete forms, the DCE531 brings the convenience of cordless operation to concrete consolidation work. Built on DeWalt's 18v XR platform, this concrete poker delivers 15,000 vibrations per minute through its 1.2 metre flexible shaft, making it suitable for reaching into formwork and moulds of varying depths. The 28.6mm diameter head is appropriately sized for general concrete work, whilst the 360-watt brushless motor provides consistent power throughout the battery charge. Compatibility with both standard 18v XR batteries and higher capacity XR Flexvolt batteries allows users to match runtime to job requirements. Weighing just 3.08kg without battery, the DCE531 is designed for single-person operation without causing excessive fatigue during prolonged use. The tool-free locking nut enables quick removal of the shaft for transportation between sites, whilst the sealed motor and drive shaft assembly protects internal components from concrete dust and moisture ingress, extending service life in demanding site conditions.
