About this product
The DeWalt DCW604 is an 18V XR cordless brushless router and trimmer, supplied with both plunge and fixed bases that swap over quickly using quick-release tabs. The brushless motor gives efficient power delivery with less wear, backed by soft start, an electronic brake and a no-volt release switch for safer, more controlled operation.
A five-position adjustable turret allows stepped or repeated plunge cuts, while variable speed control (16,000–27,000/min) lets the bit speed be matched to the material. Dual LED worklights improve visibility, and a spindle lock and multi-slit collet make bit changes easier.
Collet size is 1/4in (8mm), plunge depth 55mm and maximum cutter diameter 30mm. This kit includes both dust extraction bases, parallel fences, guide bush, spanner, centring cone and a TSTAK carry case. No battery or charger is included.
