The Flex DGE 25 18.0-EC C is an 18V cordless die grinder for precision grinding, deburring and metalworking tasks. Its brushless motor offers greater efficiency and a longer service life than brushed alternatives, while the long-necked design improves handling and access to confined areas.
Features include speed preselection across 4 steps, CDC constant electronics, soft start, overload protection, restart lock and temperature monitoring, managed by an electronic management system that protects the machine and extends its working life. A spindle lock allows quick tool changes, and a removable metal grille guards against dust ingress.
Suited to grinding, deburring, freehand milling, cutting and rust removal. No load speed ranges from 10,000 to 25,000/min, with a maximum sanding wheel diameter of 50mm. Supplied as a bare unit, compatible with all Flex 18V battery packs.
