About this product

The Rapid Airtac PS111 is a compact, lightweight pneumatic stapler suited to DIY and general fastening tasks such as insulation, plastic sheeting, cardboard packaging, carpets and roofing sheets. It fires Rapid No. 140 flat wire staples (6-16mm leg length), which give a larger holding area for plastic and other non-fibrous materials. Constructed from die-cast aluminium with a grip-friendly handle, it has a 22mm long nose and flat front for access in tight spots, plus a no-mar pad to protect surfaces. A 360° adjustable air system directs exhaust air away from the operator, and a quick-load magazine allows fast reloading. There is no limitation on fire rate, and it uses a contact actuation trigger, operating at 5-7 Bar with air consumption of 0.26–0.29 Litre. Supplied in a hard plastic case with an oil pot, hex wrenches, safety glasses and 300 No. 140 staples (10mm leg length).
