About this product

This Trend C116 cutter is a 1/2in shank bearing guided flush trimmer with two-flute carbide (TCT) tips, giving a clean, professional finish on timber lippings, plastic laminates and veneers. It has a 12.7mm cutting diameter and 25.4mm cutting depth, with a bottom-mounted bearing to guide the cutter flush against the workpiece for accurate trimming.

Suited to heavy-duty use on curved and straight edges, it can follow bottom-mounted templates or be used in router tables for top-mounted templating and copy profiling. A PTFE coating helps reduce heat and resin build-up, supporting cutter performance and longevity. The 1/2in shank carries the 'K' mark for safe working practices in larger routers. Raising the cutter in stages when in use helps spread wear across the cutting edges.
