About this product
A 1/2in shank bearing-guided biscuit jointing cutter with a 37.2mm diameter, two-flute carbide (TCT) tips and PTFE coating to reduce heat and resin build-up. It cuts biscuit slots in timber and timber-based materials, with a 4mm cut length and 64mm overall length, suiting furniture, joinery and worktop jointing work.
Supplied with three interchangeable ball bearing guides (12.7mm, 16.0mm and 19.0mm) to cover biscuit sizes 0, 10 and 20, corresponding to board thicknesses of roughly 8-12mm, 13-18mm and 19mm+. The slot cut is slightly longer than the biscuit itself to aid alignment during assembly. The 1/2in 'K'mark shank suits larger routers used in trade environments, and instructions are included.
