About this product
This Trend collet reduction sleeve allows a 12.7mm (1/2in) collet to take router cutters with a smaller 6.35mm (1/4in) shank. It has an overall length of 30mm and an internal bore of 8mm.
It is intended for occasional use as a stop-gap measure rather than a permanent solution — using the correctly sized collet is recommended where possible. The sleeve should not be relied upon for extensive periods or heavy-duty work.
