About this product
This Scan Fire Exit sign (300 x 200mm) shows the 'running man' symbol with a downward-pointing arrow, indicating an escape route. It is made from 1.3mm thick rigid PVC with a photoluminescent background, printed using UV-resistant inks to resist fading.
The photoluminescent finish charges in normal light and glows in the dark, helping the sign remain visible during power failures or smoky conditions when standard signage may be hard to see. The material is non-toxic and non-radioactive, containing no lead or phosphorous.
The sign exceeds PSPA Class 1 classification and complies with BS5499 and/or ISO 7010 design criteria where applicable, with clear wording and illustration for easy reading.
