About this product

This warning sign alerts the public and parents to hazards on building sites. It measures 600 x 400mm and is made from 1mm thick, durable PVC with an aggressive water-based adhesive backing, allowing it to be applied and to stay securely on walls or site perimeters. The sign is printed with UV resistant inks to resist fading during outdoor use, and features clear wording and illustration for easy reading from a distance. It complies with BS5499 and/or ISO 7010 design criteria where applicable, helping site managers meet duty of care obligations and limit liability. The message warns that the site is private property, that unauthorised entry is not permitted, and that liability is not accepted for injury to trespassers. It also asks parents to warn children that the site is not a playground and explain the risks of trespassing.
