About this product
The Makita DBO380 is an 18v LXT cordless finishing sander with a brushless motor, suited to efficient sanding and fast material removal. It offers 3-stage electronic speed control via a push button plus constant speed control for precise working, and features Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) for improved dust and water resistance in harsher conditions.
It has a detachable front grip for tighter spaces, an ergonomic rubberised handle, a tool-less paper clamp for quick paper changes, and built-in dust extraction with a connection point for an extractor. Pad size is 93 x 185mm, paper size 93 x 228mm, orbit diameter 2.0mm, with oscillating speeds of 4,000/8,000/12,000 per minute. Weight is around 1.9-2.2kg.
Supplied as a bare unit with punch plate, dust bag and abrasive paper, but no battery, charger or case.
