About this product
These 178mm resin bonded sanding discs feature a coarse 40 grit aluminium oxide abrasive bonded to a durable fibre backing. Designed for use with angle grinders fitted with a suitable backing pad, they suit aggressive material removal tasks such as rust, paint and scale removal, and preparing rough metal surfaces.
The fibre backing is built to withstand heavy grinding use while maintaining cutting performance, making them suitable for metalworking and automotive repair or restoration work. Each disc has a 22mm bore, and they are supplied in a pack of 25.
