About this product
These T30 x 25mm security screwdriver bits are designed for tamper-resistant security TORX (star) fixings, which have a small pin inside the drive recess to stop standard TORX drivers being used. This type of fixing is commonly found on electrical appliances and other security installations. The T30 size is generally specified for larger fixings where more torque and strength are needed.
Each bit is made from high-strength, heat-treated S2 grade steel and is shock and wear resistant. The precision machined tip gives an optimum fit within the security TORX recess, accommodating the central pin and helping to prevent screw stripping and cam-out under torque.
Supplied as a pack of three 25mm bits.
