About this product
An insulated slotted screwdriver with a 5.5mm tip and 125mm blade, suited to medium to heavy-duty electrical work such as larger terminal blocks, industrial switchgear and distribution equipment. It is VDE insulated for safe use on live equipment up to 1,000 Volts, with the extended blade length giving additional reach into deeper enclosures while maintaining safe working distances.
The 2-component handle has vertical grooves for a secure grip and effective force transmission on tighter fasteners. The blade is made from high performance alloy steel, chrome plated and fully hardened, with a black finish tip for improved accuracy when engaging screw slots.
Each screwdriver is marked with part number, tip symbol and size, and is individually tested and manufactured to IEC 60900, conforming to ISO 8764.
