About this product
This 5-piece VDE insulated screwdriver set from Bahco is designed for electrical work on live equipment up to 1,000 Volts. Insulation is moulded directly onto the blade, and each screwdriver is manufactured to IEC 60900, tested in a water bath at 10,000V. The alloy steel blades are chrome plated and fully hardened for corrosion resistance and long life, with black oxide tips for greater accuracy. Handles use Bahco's ERGO™ three-component design, combining a soft ridged grip with a flat face to stop rolling, plus colour-coded handles for quick tip identification (not on the extra small 3.0mm handle). The set contains three slotted screwdrivers (3.0x100mm, 4.0x100mm, 5.5x125mm) and two Pozidriv screwdrivers (PZ1x80mm, PZ2x100mm), suited to electricians carrying out consumer unit work, socket installation and general electrical maintenance.
