The DeWalt DCF601 is a compact 12v XR cordless screwdriver designed for driving screws in tight or awkward spaces, being 36mm shorter than the previous generation. It weighs just 0.68kg without battery, making it comfortable for extended use, and features an ergonomic soft grip handle. A halo light ring improves visibility in dark or recessed areas.
An energy-efficient brushless motor gives longer runtime than earlier models, with a no-load speed of 0–1,100rpm and forward/reverse control via a variable speed trigger. The adjustable clutch offers multiple torque settings up to 8Nm for precise fastening control, and a locking bit holder keeps accessories secure during use.
The tool shares battery and charger compatibility with DeWalt's existing 10.8v XR range. This set includes two 12v 2.0Ah Li-ion batteries, a multi-voltage charger, belt hook and carry case.
