About this product
The Makita FS2500 is a 240V construction screwdriver designed for drywall installation and self-drilling screw applications. Its 570W motor delivers a no-load speed of 0–2,500rpm via a variable speed trigger, with forward/reverse rotation and a lock-on trigger for sustained high-speed use.
A silent synchronised pin clutch keeps operation quiet, while the lightweight aluminium gear housing adds durability. The quick-release locator gives high holding strength, and other features include a rubberised soft grip, metal belt clip, integrated job light and double insulation.
Capacity is 5mm for drywall screws and 6mm for self-drilling screws, with a ¼" hex driving shank. It weighs around 1.5–1.6kg and comes with a magnetic socket bit.
