ForgeFast decking screws, 4.5mm diameter by 50mm length, supplied in a tub of 600, suitable for fixing into softwood or hardwood. The countersunk head takes a TORX-compatible T25 bit, with a deep insert design that reduces cam-out and allows higher torque for a firmer drive. A super sharp tip gives immediate bite from the first turn, while recessed under-head ribs help achieve neat countersinking.

A patented self-drilling thread removes the need to pre-drill timber and lowers the risk of splitting, even close to board edges. The screws carry a green elementech 2000 surface treatment, giving corrosion resistance said to last up to 30 times longer than some standard zinc coatings. They are also resistant to pull out and can flex by up to 35mm, reducing the chance of shearing in flexible materials. They are CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction.
