About this product
ForgeFast Elite Performance wood screws in 4.0 x 20mm, supplied in boxes of 200 with a Torx® compatible bit included. Suited to light to medium-duty interior carpentry such as fixing timber frames, door furniture and joining hardwood components, offering strong holding power without slowing installation.
The Torx® compatible drive gives reliable torque transfer and reduces slippage, while a patented drill and drive thread reduces splitting and minimises jacking and spinning of joined timber. Recessed ribs improve countersinking and cut surface dust, and the reinforced countersunk neck adds holding power. The sharp point can pierce 0.8mm steel.
Finished with Elementech 400, an environmentally friendly, Cr6+-free coating that lasts up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings and has been salt spray tested to 400 hours.
