ForgeFix ForgeFast wood screws in 4.0 x 30mm size, supplied in a tub of 1400. This compact length suits lighter timbers, board materials and general joinery where a medium penetration depth is needed, making the pack economical for larger interior projects.

The screws have a Torx® compatible drive (a matching bit is included) for good torque transmission and reduced cam-out. Recessed ribs aid countersinking and reduce surface dust, while the reinforced countersunk neck improves holding power. A patented drill and drive thread reduces splitting and 'jacking', and increases pull-out resistance, and the sharp point gives faster bite, capable of piercing 0.8mm steel.

An 'Elementech 400' coating gives anti-corrosive protection said to last up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings, contains no Cr6+, and is Salt Spray tested to 400 hours. The screws are intended for interior use.
