About this product

ForgeFast wood screws feature a universally accepted Torx® compatible drive with recessed ribs for improved countersinking and reduced surface dust. The reinforced countersunk neck increases holding power. The patented drill-and-drive thread reduces timber splitting and 'jacking' of joined timber, whilst improving pull-out strength. A sharp point provides faster bite and can pierce 0.8 mm steel. The screws are coated with Elementech 400, an anti-corrosive metal finish that lasts up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings and is salt spray tested to 400 hours. The coating is environmentally friendly and contains no Cr6+. Each tub contains 600 screws and one Torx® compatible bit. Suitable for interior use.
