ForgeFast wood screws in 5.0 x 50mm size, supplied in a tub of 600 with a complimentary Torx® compatible bit. The larger gauge and length suit heavier interior timber fixing and joinery work where extra holding power is needed.

The screws feature a Torx® compatible drive for good torque transmission and reduced cam-out, recessed ribs for improved countersinking and less surface dust, and a reinforced countersunk neck for a firmer fix. A patented drill and drive thread reduces splitting and 'jacking' or spinning of joined timber, while increasing pull-out resistance. A sharp point gives faster bite and can pierce 0.8mm steel.

Finished with 'Elementech 400' coating, offering anti-corrosive performance up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings, Cr6+ free and salt spray tested to 400 hours. Suitable for interior use.
