ForgeFix ForgeFast wood screws, 6.0 x 130mm, supplied in a box of 100 with a Torx-compatible bit. The length and diameter suit demanding structural interior work, such as fixing timber through insulation and plasterboard into blockwork or joining substantial timber sections.

The screws have a universally accepted Torx-compatible drive for reliable torque transfer, recessed ribs for improved countersinking with less surface dust, and a reinforced countersunk neck for better holding power. A patented drill and drive thread reduces splitting and jacking while improving pull-out resistance, and the sharp point pierces 0.8mm steel.

An Elementech 400 coating gives anti-corrosive protection said to outlast standard zinc coatings by up to six times, contains no Cr6+, and has been salt spray tested to 400 hours. Intended for interior use.
