About this product

ForgeFast 7mm x 100mm timber screws with a combination hexagonal head and deep Torx® compatible insert, suitable for fixing into soft or hardwood. The dual-drive design reduces cam-out and gives higher torque and a firmer drive, while the super sharp tip provides immediate bite from the first turn. A patented self-drilling thread removes the need to pre-drill and reduces the risk of splitting, even close to timber edges. The hardened case and core give strength and resistance to pull-out, and the screws can flex up to 35° to reduce the likelihood of shearing in flexible materials. CE approved for load-bearing timber construction. Finished in tan elementech 2000 surface treatment, offering corrosion resistance said to last up to 30 times longer than standard zinc coated screws. Supplied in a tub of 50.
