About this product
Everbuild Sika Everflex 115 is an oil-based general purpose building mastic for pointing and sealing joints in traditional construction. It is applied quickly and easily using a cartridge gun and adheres well to most clean, dry surfaces, including concrete, brick, wood, metal and glass, without the need for a primer.
This brown variant suits applications where the sealant needs to blend with darker brickwork, timber frames or brown UPVC, such as perimeter pointing around doors and windows. It is overpaintable, has good external weathering properties, and remains semi-drying, staying permanently plastic beneath its surface skin. The high solids formulation gives good gap-filling properties without shrinkage.
Supplied as a 285ml cartridge.
