About this product
Sikasil-825 Buff is a low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant with an alkoxy, low odour formulation. The buff colour blends with sandstone, light brickwork, limestone and beige materials, making it suited to heritage restoration and traditional building work.
It adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming, including glass, aluminium and PVC. Typical uses include expansion joints to stone, brick, concrete and composite panels, perimeter pointing around window and door frames, and general weather sealing. It conforms to ISO 11600 class F25LM and G25LM, offers extended tooling time for neat finishing on longer joints, and comes in a 380ml cartridge for use with standard application guns (nozzle not included).
