About this product
These bypass loppers are designed for cutting thick or live branches in gardens, orchards and landscaping work. A ratchet mechanism multiplies cutting force, allowing branches up to 38mm in diameter to be cut with less effort, while the bypass action suits live wood and helps minimise damage to plants.
The blade is made from SK5 Japanese steel for a clean cut and long life, with a protective coating to prevent corrosion and a non-stick coating to reduce friction and sap build-up.
The handles are 4-position telescopic aluminium, adjustable between 700mm and 880mm to suit different reach requirements. Reinforcing ribs help reduce flex under load, and soft grips add comfort during extended use.
