Master Lock No. 497A Heavy-Duty Safety Tags are lockout tags used during electrical isolation and equipment maintenance, giving a clear 'Danger Do Not Operate' warning to prevent accidental re-energisation of isolated equipment. They are made from polyester laminate that resists water, grease and extreme temperatures, suitable for workshop and industrial use. The heavy-duty construction withstands over 23kg of pull force, and each tag has an 11mm diameter brass grommet that accepts all standard safety padlocks. Tags can be filled in with the operative's name, department and expected completion date for accountability during maintenance work. Suitable for electricians, maintenance engineers and contractors. Supplied as one bag containing 12 tags and 12 ties.
