About this product
This Master Lock Universal Ball Valve Lockout is a safety device used to prevent accidental opening of manual, quarter-turn ball valves during maintenance and servicing, supporting lockout/tagout procedures. It fits virtually all such valve handles, attaching securely to stop movement. Constructed from aluminium and steel, it has a steel pin that fits behind the valve stopper tab, with adjustable jaws holding the valve firmly in place. Its ergonomic shape is designed to optimise tightening in confined spaces and on insulated pipes. The lockout withstands corrosive and extreme environments, and is heat resistant up to 538°C, suiting high-temperature industrial applications.
