This Faithfull 3 Piece Hex to Square Drive Adaptor Set converts any 1/4 inch hex drive or drill chuck to accept square drive sockets, allowing sockets to be used with a power drill rather than a socket wrench. The set includes three square drive sizes – 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch – giving coverage for most common socket applications without needing to change tools. Useful for tradespeople, mechanics and maintenance engineers who need to reach fixings with a drill in place of a socket wrench, including in confined spaces. Note that these adaptors are not suitable for use with impact drivers, and periodic checking of the adaptor and chuck tightness is recommended during prolonged use. Any adaptor showing corrosion or structural damage should be replaced.
