About this product
This ITL 21mm deep socket fits a 1/2in drive and is designed for electrical work on or near energised equipment, such as motor terminations, high-voltage panel assemblies and larger distribution equipment. The deep design allows access to recessed fasteners, and the bi-hexagon shape helps grip fasteners securely while reducing damage.
It is made from injection moulded nylon thermoplastic, built to resist impact, abrasion and thermal stress, and is flame retardant. Every socket is 100% tested to IEC60900, Category C and ASTMF1505, including submersion testing at 1000 volts for 3 minutes, and is rated for use between -40°C and +70°C.
The tool and its insulation are covered by a lifetime guarantee.
