About this product
This is a 1/2in drive reversible ratchet designed for safe use on or near live electrical systems up to 1000V AC. It is aimed at electricians and electrical contractors who need insulated hand tools for professional work. The ratchet is made from injection moulded nylon 11 and exceeds the requirements of IEC 60900, the recognised standard for live line working tools. It also meets Category 'C' certification, allowing it to perform reliably across extreme temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. The reversible mechanism suits work in confined spaces, and the nylon 11 construction is built to withstand demanding trade use.
