About this product
An aluminium spirit level measuring 40cm (16in), suited to general joinery, kitchen fitting, shelving installation and general DIY or trade work where a mid-range length is useful. It has two unbreakable, highly transparent block vials with a sensitivity of 10 mm/m and a tolerance of ±0.75 mm/m in normal position (1.0 mm/m inverted).
The vials contain a low viscosity, coloured oil mixture that allows the bubble to move freely and settle quickly for fast readings. The fluid is resistant to UV light and temperature fluctuations, and is anti-static, so the bubble's movement is not affected by static electricity.
