About this product
The Stabila 81S is a compact 25cm torpedo level built for accurate levelling in confined spaces and on metal surfaces. Its cast aluminium T-profile frame is durable yet comfortable to hold, with a slender trapezoidal bevelled shape that fits into cramped working areas where larger levels won't.
The die-cast frame has a milled measuring face protected by noses to guard against damage, helping maintain accuracy over time. Integrated magnets set into the milled surface allow the level to be held securely and hands-free on scaffolding, beams or pipework.
It comes with two vials for horizontal and plumb readings, giving accuracy of 0.029° (0.5mm/m) in normal use and 0.043° (0.75mm/m) overhead. The 81SREM version uses rare earth magnets, offering five times the holding strength of standard magnets. This unit is supplied loose.
